On which the Buyer took possession of the last item, batch, or part of the goods, or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer, took possession of the last item, batch, or part, in the case of a contract involving the delivery of multiple goods, delivered separately, in batches, or in parts.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller, using the contact details provided in Section 2 of the Regulations, of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send information concerning the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer for the goods, excluding the delivery costs, promptly, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the returned goods. The goods may have been unpacked and checked but cannot have been used.
The Seller will refund using the same payment method as was used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to another solution, and in any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees related to the refund.
The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
